• An Account Specialist is designated to your account, with at least two other equally qualified back up staff.
• We never have a day off or take vacations.
• You scan in, fax, or mail patient demographics and charge slips to Marca. Except for Friday receipts, all information is entered within 48 hours.
• Your staff is now able to assist you and is not mired in billing work.
• Insurance claims and patient bills are processed daily, not monthly. The sooner patients receive billing once service is rendered, the more likely they are to pay. This rapid
  turnover of billing speeds and evens out your income.
• Patients email or call directly on direct dial or 800 numbers to your Marca account representative to inquire about the status of their bills and insurance claims.
• Electronic submission of Medicare, Public Aid, Blue Shield, and third party payers.
